Hi, I'm saniha

If you are an overachiever like me, constantly pushing yourself to perform is exhausting. Procrastination is only careless if you do not have a plan to get back on track. Nothing wrong with taking breaks from progress to look back at all you have already accomplished.

Know when to push forward and when to pull back. Spend more time checking in with yourself to see what works best for the moment.

Slowly jumping back in is okay. No need to feel like you need to rush in after a break. No guilt or shame in the process.

Let me challenge you to try to procrastinate, but come up with a plan to continue even if it is a slower start than previous.

Procrastination can help you regain your motivation.

Is gratitude and satisfaction the key to success?

Is constantly trying to move up detrimental to your health and happiness? I think it is.

My coworker, who started the same day as I, was promoted. The first feeling is always sadness because you feel like you are failing while someone else is achieving. I decided to reframe it and be grateful for the job I have already earned. Sitting in the joy of the present moment is what currently fulfills me.

If you look too far ahead, you miss what is in front of you. Staying present is what keeps you grounded and at peace.

In what ways can you proactively procrastinate? Do you think taking a break will help your progress?
